Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please call Customer Service at 1(866)962-8427 for instructions on how to obtain a replacement.

Shipping Mistakes

If you have received an item that does not match your order, please call Customer Service at 1(866)962-8427 for instructions on how to return the item and have the correct item shipped to you.

General Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, refunds and order cancellations due to customer error will not be allowed as the items sold on this site are produced on a custom-order basis.

Hand Tools

Tool(s) may be returned only (i) within sixty (60) days of the applicable invoice date for such Tool(s), (ii) after receipt of a written authorization from Navistar approving such return, and (iii) in “as new” condition. Returned Tool(s) must be shipped prepaid by Buyer. Buyer will be charged a restocking charge of fifteen percent (15%) for all returned Tool(s). Tool(s) that are custom made for Buyer and/or ordered specifically for Buyer and are not customarily stocked by Navistar may not be returned. Tool(s) ordered/shipped incorrectly and/or in error by Navistar are void of any restocking fees and Ground shipping fees. Please note that a Refund may take 6 to 8 weeks.

The sale of publication and programming subscriptions are all final, no returns will be issued..
